We ship all orders via USPS Priority Mail but reserve the right to select another shipment method. All orders shipped USPS Priority Mail will be sent with delivery confirmation. This means your package is simply scanned when it is delivered to your home to confirm it has been delivered.

UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE DELIVERY CONFIRMATION:

**NOTE: We are not responsible for lost or stolen USPS packages or errors made by USPS. If your delivery confirmation label shows your package has been scanned and delivered through tracking and confirmation we consider your package delivered.**

We do not consider a U.S. package lost until 30 days has passed from the shipping date. We will investigate all "lost packages".

WILL YOU GUARANTEE AN EXACT DATE MY PACKAGE WILL BE DELIVERED?

Sorry, we can not guarantee an exact date as to when your package will be delivered. We are usually very fast in processing orders but depending on the time, month, holiday season we may then take 1-2 days to process orders. USPS Priority mail takes 2-3 days to be delivered and USPS does not guarantee this delivery time frame, especially during holidays and bad weather. Therefore, we can not guarantee an exact delivery date. Should you request or put an expected delivery date in the comment line of your order, your order will be cancelled.

CAN YOU GET MY ORDER HERE FASTER?

Sorry, this policy may change in the future but currently our method of shipment, at this time, is USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation.

PROVIDED SHIPPING ADDRESS MUST BE CORRECT:

The Clip On Earing Store reserves the right to cancel your order if your provided Ship To address does not show up through the USPS.COM system and we are unable to create a shipping label which shows the address you have provided us. This policy includes all orders placed by credit card or verified and confirmed PayPal orders.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES OR REFUSED/ABANDONED PACKAGES:

If a package we send out is refused by the addressee through Delivery Confirmation and/or Signature Confirmation, we will not provide a full refund. A 20% restocking fee will apply, when we receive the merchandise returned back to us through the mail.

If a package is sent delivery/signature confirmation and is refused or abandoned and not signed for by the addressee the above 20% restocking fee will apply.

Items may be returned and MUST be received by us within 10 days from your date of purchase. Please note there is a 25% RESTOCKING FEE for any returned item. The restocking fee only exists to avoid a no return policy, please read more on our restocking fee below. We are sorry there is no refund on shipping and handling charges. Please read all return guidelines and restocking fee information provided below. Returns may take up to 30 days to be processed.

COUPONS used at time of purchase will be taken into effect if your return does not meet the coupon requirement. For example, if you use a coupon for free shipping over $50 or more and you return merchandise and your total order no longer meets the $50 requirement, shipping costs will then be minused from your return amount. The same rule applies to dollar off coupon's such as $10 off $75 or more and discounts. This also applies to Free Shipping. For example if you receive free shipping on an order of $50 or more, if your returned merchandise falls below the $50 you will be charged $8 for standard shipping.

RESTOCKING FEE:

There will be a 25% RESTOCKING FEE on all returned merchandise. We have implemented this policy only to avoid a no return policy.

All of our items are checked before packing. Packaging includes a bubble mailer and all items are bubble wrapped individually for protection. We take great effort and pride to pack these items and packages and all merchandise is checked over by several people before they are shipped out to you.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS:

For any returns or possible exchanges:

1. Your return requires an authorization RMA number. You must first contact us by email with your Order number, item number(s) at thecliponearringstore@yahoo.com Please contact us by email before returning items(s). We will provide you with an RMA number to return your item(s).

2. If you receive any damaged items or are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us immediately at thecliponearringstore@yahoo.com

3. Once we receive your email, we will contact you by email to let you know how and where to return your items. Please follow our return instructions carefully. Also, you must email us and let us know the date you have sent out your return and shipping method you have used to send your return.

4. We accept only unworn items with a copy/original invoice.

5. If you are returning earrings please keep in mind they are delicate. Please ship them the way we shipped them to you. Please use a bubble mailer and the bubble wrap they came packed in. Earrings will be damaged if simply put in an envelope and sent through the mail without any protective measures.

6. Please note we are not responsible for lost items. Please send back your return via priority mail with insurance and delivery confirmation. That way you are protected from the possibility of loss during shipping. Items must be sent by USPS mail, as we can not accept Fed Ex or UPS packages at our PO Box address.

7. Returns may take up to 30 days. They will be processed when we receive your returned merchandise. Payment in the amount of your purchase minus a 25% restocking fee on the total amount of merchandise returned and minus the original shipping and handling charges will be credited to your credit card or PayPal account. We will only credit your account on the card used for the original purchase. Please keep in mind it takes 7-9 business days for your refund to be posted to your credit card.

8. Merchandise will not be accepted for a return unless you have contacted us first for return authorization.

9. Merchandise will not be accepted for return if we do not receive it within 10 days from your date of purchase. Please note, if your purchase date is a Friday or Saturday, we must receive your returned merchandise 12 days from the date of purchase. We allow 2 extra days for Friday and Saturday purchase dates, as we do not ship on Saturday. If returned merchandise is received after the 10 days from the original purchase date, your return will not be processed and your merchandise will be sent back to you.

10. The return address on your return package must match that of your billing address on the order or is subject by refusal from us. Absolutely no returns will be accepted that are mailed back from a foreign country for any reason. If you live in the United States and have ordered from within the United States, your returned merchandise must be sent back from within the United States. Any returned merchandise sent back from another country other than the United States will be refused.

Please note most returns are made because the item may be too big or too small. The best way to make sure you are happy with your clip on earrings is to take note of the measurements we provide in the descriptions. It's always helpful to carefully read the descriptions and make sure the length and size is right for you.

EXCHANGES: Exchanges are available for damaged merchandise only. we will only exchange a damaged item with the same item, if in stock.

DAMAGED ITEMS: Please email us within 48 hours of receipt of your merchandise, if your item is damaged. Your item will be assessed and you will be given a replacement item or the item may be repaired. No refunds will be given for damaged merchandise. Also, please save all your packaging as you will need to return it along with your item for USPS inspection.

NICKEL OR LEAD FREE:

At this time we do not have a nickel free or lead free category. If you have questions regarding a specific item, as to whether it is nickel free, lead free or any other pertinent content questions or information required for you, please contact us at thecliponearringstore@yahoo.com before you make a purchase. PLEASE NOTE: CLIP ON EARRINGS MAY NOT BE SUITABLE FOR CHILDEREN. We do not have child clip on earrings available at this time, as some clip on earrings may contain lead and be unsuitable for children.
